The Process Scratches Laser Etching takes to every job is different. A few
examples of the different Processes stems from what the clients needs are:
Decide on an Image:
Deciding on
your image is very important as it is the first faze of the process. We require
large high detailed files to shoot your job. In many of the cases, our clients
do not have that or sometimes have an idea but need someone to create their
vision digitally. A process called Matte Painting, commonly used in the film
industry for backgrounds and vast scenes in movies is a way to go if you are
looking for something completely custom and never before scene. An example below:
We have some of the best in-house artists and designers in
the industry. Whether you are looking for an already finished piece of art or
are looking for something completely custom for your home or business, we can
do it all.
Our staff can take any image you have and make it work with
our laser. We also can provide for you images from our own database that may fit
your needs. We have contracts with many outside artists and photographers as
well incase you were looking for a certain style or flare.
Size of your project:
We have the biggest laser for our
industry in the whole West Coast with a bed size stretching 6X10 Ft. Most other laser companies need to tile their jobs where we are
capable of shooting a solid 6X10 surface without any
problems in any subsurface you desire. Once you determine the size of your
project, we then discuss material.
Material being used:
We can shoot on almost any subsurface, the
difference being the process that is used to best achieve the results desired.
Every material shoots differently, so a sample of your material is required
with every job to make sure it etches correctly. Color, Density, Material, and Texture
all play an important role in the end results. Our team of professionally
trained designers and craftsman will work with you to help better decide which
route to take an why. Common materials used are Black Granite, Black or White Marble, Travertine, Slate, Soapstone,
Wood, Acrylic, Glass, Mirrors, Anodized Aluminum, and many more.
To go Color or not to go Color:
Our methodology to our color process is totally unique and
groundbreaking in a way that we can color match any work of art or photo
flawlessly. Our in house Artists have many years of fine-art experience and are
capable of using any tools necessary to duplicate your image any way you like.
Whether Black and White or full color piece, there are no limitations stopping
us from doing anything that a color printer can do. The color bleeds into the pores
of the stone creating a lasting impression followed by a clearcoat sealer to protect
it for years to come.
